We want your Furnest order to arrive as expected. If something is wrong, our support team is here to help.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and help with a replacement, refund, or return instructions where eligible.

Returns: Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
